I mixed this with my coffee everyday for a week and it was amazing! I felt very energized and focused. Unfortunately, I have an intolerance to something in it because it caused me to bloat uncomfortably. I wish I could keep using it, but going to start trying other products similar.I read the reviews before purchasing and have a few comments/clarifications:*Servings size will probably be between 24-40. I have used it for a week and still have plenty left.*I had to stir it in my hot coffee to dissolve. I can’t imagine this would blend easily in a cold drink.*This did not change the taste of my coffee. It had 0 taste for me.*It works! I was very skeptical, but I did feel a big difference in focus and energy.*Wish I knew all the ingredients so I could figure out what is causing the bloat.

I’m giving this 5 stars because of the mild flavor and subtle added energy I have noticed. I have been adding this to my regular coffee every day for about 2 months. The taste is mild and pleasing and because my coffee is so strong I can barely notice the flavor of the mushroom powder. If anything, it enhances my coffee. It took a few weeks but I started noticing that I didn’t require a nap during the day. I don’t feel at all jittery, just more alert. I have been on airplanes during the height of flu season and around people that I know to be sick and have not picked up anything. I suppose this could be attributed to the immune system benefits but there is no way to know that for sure. I was hoping that the claims of lowering blood sugar that I have seen on other brands would be true but I haven’t had luck with that. With that said, I plan to keep using this powder unless I find a good reason to give it up.

Very small bag. It literally fit in the palm of my hand. The scoop was so tiny and you're only supposed to us 1 scoop. I did and after not being able to taste it I ended up putting 3 more scoops in my coffee. I can tell it's not going to last long. When it's finished I won't be buying anymore. The one that starts with a "R" is expensive but I'm going to have to bite the bullet and pony up the money because it's way better tasting and you get more.

I’m totally obsessed with this mushroom coffee brand! It’s an awesome deal and even more fire quality. My energy’s leveled up and I’m in a way better mood. It mixes super smooth in water or milk, no mess. Plus, the packaging is really pretty. Definitely gotta recommend!
