Hi. The product description says not suitable if you have "the big hands." Can anyone be more SPECIFIC than this please? How "big" is too big?

I have big hands and it fits perfectly. If you had hands that could dig a tunnel or strangle a cow then I suppose this mouse would be too small. I do have some ergonomic issues with this mouse, but it being too small is not one of them.

How soft are the left and right buttons? I'm going to use it for graphics softwares which means a lot of clicking.

Hi Sarah. The buttons are a positive click and a good action - not mushy in any way. I do a lot of work with maps on our GIS which I suppose is similar to graphics and it's become second nature so that you don' t notice the difference. The wheel is fine for zoom scrolling too. I've been using it for nearly 5 months now without any problems & the carpal tunnel symptoms have disappeared. It's definitely worth a go if you suffer from those sort of problems.

Does this mouse work with a PS/2 adapter?

Yes. A very nice product but I could not get used to it.
