Does this contain calcium?

Hi. The Dove's Farm website gives full lists of ingredients and nutritional values. Mono-calcium-phosphate is listed as a raising agent in the SR flour, if this helps.

At the top it says this product weighs one kilo. further down it says it's 100g. the price is given as £4 or £40 per kilo. how can i understand this?i

For 1kilo we paid. £4.90. Hope this helps.
