You should buy these sacks ONLY if you intend to eat ALL of your bread in a day or two. There is nothing wrong with the bags themselves, and they appear to be attractive, well made, sturdy and very washable. But, they are porous, and bread does tend to dry out and become hard by the third day. I've placed my bread in the bags, and then placed the cloth bags in a plastic bag to keep the air out. Placing the bread in the bags keeps everything sanitary, and no mold appears. I like the bags, but again, with the one caveat. I would recommend them.

I love these and the idea of storing bread in a cloth sack. These are fairly large. Could tightly hold 2 medium loaves. They seem to keep my bread longer. I make my bread and purchase bread and both have good shelf life. They are really cute to just leave out on the counter, adds decor lol. I've never used bread sacks before but I'm glad I decided with these.

I use these in a pinch, they are cute, great quality, thick, easy to clean. I would recommend washing them at least twice with baking soda or milk soap before use. They size is phenomenal for the price. There is no zipper, it's a drawstring that draws together very tightly. I highly recommend these bags.

Don't keep bread fresh alone. Had fresh baked bread in these inside a bread box and it was hard the next morning. Had to put the bread in a plastic bag inside of these to keep fresh which defeats the purpose in my opinion

Purchased the plastic lined version to reduce use of non recycled plastic. Does fine keeping bread fresh over 3-4 days since we cut the loaf as we use it. Had strong smell of plastic at first which is gone now. I turn the bag inside out and sponge off the plastic liner with clean dishwater, rinse well and let air dry and have had no problems with mold. Very sturdy and attractive

Great bag to keep your bread fresh!

I got these as a gift for a friend who loves to bake bread. I was surprised with the sturdiness and quality of these bags! The designs are cute and the size is perfect. She loved them too.

Purchase to keep homemade bread loafs in. Within 12 hours of placing bread into bag sealing and storing in dark pantry bread was hard as a rock. Entire loaf was wasted. Very disappointed.

I'm really enjoying the bread bags. So much better that the plastic bags on my counter. Bread is still moist after 2 days.I cut from the center of the loaf and put the 2 halves together. Great purchase. Would recommend to anyone making homemade bread

I was constantly saving bags to store my bread and finding these bags has been so helpful. I bake my bread in the evening so with these bags I can let the bread cool for less time before storing them, which means I don’t have to stay up as late waiting for the bread to cook enough that it won’t sweat in a plastic bag.
