Dell OptiPlex Desktop RGB Computer PC, Intel Core i7 Quad-Core Processor, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 24 Inch HDMI Monitor, RGB Keyboard Mouse and Headset, WiFi, Windows 11 Pro (Renewed)

After careful comparison shopping, I just purchased the DELL Optiplex 7050 to replace an old Dell optiplex 7010 due to a sudden electrical surge caused by an unexpected outage which rendered my old desktop unusable. I also needed to upgrade from a Microsoft windows 10 to the Microsoft 11 Pro. I was originally going to purchase a brand new Dell for $1,600 with all of the bells and whistles, on credit, but decided to go with Amazon Renewed as with my old one, which I'm glad I did. I only use DELL, because in my opinion, it's the strongest of all desktop computers, in longevity & efficiency - it gets the job done. As with many of us struggling entrepreneurs on a very tight budget, it was the smartest and most economical choice. My new Dell optiplex 7050 with 32 gb RAM, 128 MB Intel graphics & 3.4 processor was a sufficient choice for my small graphics design business, for now. It arrived in 2 days, properly packed, secured and wrapped like a brand new computer. clean, no scratches, stains or dents - like new. Easy installation, quick, fast, QUIET, affordable and efficient. It's also small, compact and lightweight. It also included a free 5.0 USB Dongle, keyboard and mouse. I only needed the desktop as I already had an adapter, keyboard, speakers, cords, mouse and monitor screen which were compatible with my new Dell Optiplex 7050. The transfer was flawless. I'm going to purchase another one, as well as purchasing an additional one upgrading to a wireless, because the price & specs is just too good to pass up. I will update in about a month.

Be Sure to buy your own USB Bluetooth chip because I didn’t pay attention and I realized when I got my stuff that it does not come. With one. There also is no hdmi port for a screen so if you want to get another screen you’ll need an adapter, the ports are on the photo. As for the gaming experience with this PC it’s pretty basic. Don’t expect much heavy duty gaming with it. It runs games like Roblox good and other basic games but when it comes to games like valorant or CSGO or rocket league, (I’m just giving you examples of games), it runs them horribly if it can even run them just based off of the components of the PC you will be able to tell that. they will hardly be able to run them. When it comes to everything else like meetings, browsing the Internet, office Work, it’s really good at that and it turns on and off really fast and loads everything pretty fast. As for the accessories, the headset, keyboard and mouse are absolutely horrible if you are gaming you should definitely get youre own keyboard, mouse and headset if you have the money. Just basic $6-$10 gaming mouses and $15 gaming keyboards are much much better than the ones in bundle. Same thing with the headset to the sound quality is horrible. The monitor screen is not that bad but also not that good so depending on what you like I would tinker with the brightness and contrast settings to see if you like it darker or lighter and depending on your angle of light there’s always going to be a slightly dark corner at the left or right side of the screen on your monitor it mostly depend depends on which angle you have it though.

This is a very nice Windows 11 Pro computer system. It comes fully ready to go. It comes with a WiFi USB adaptor and a Blue Tooth USB adaptor. I would prefer they be internal, but they work fine and there are plenty of USB ports. The system was easy to set up. I had everything up and running in 5 minutes. I would purchase this desktop system again.

My unit had a faulty monitor VGA port so it would not recognize the monitor that I had. I had a few extra monitors laying around so I tried another one and same issue. I ended up hooking my monitor up to my other PC to try and troubleshoot whether it was a faulty cable or my monitors were bad and they both worked fine on my other computer so it told me the VGA port on the gaming computer is faulty. I also realized you have to use the tiny USB WiFi adapter they give you in the box to get WiFi. I thought it was preinstalled so those items combined had me decide to return the unit. The last factor I did not like which was cosmetic only, was the computer paneling was wrapped in what seemed like a cheap black vinyl. It had air pockets under the vinyl and it was cut around edges which made it look like cheap and unprofessional because the edges didn’t line up. Probably to hide the blemishes underneath (im assuming as it’s a refurbished unit, I did not peel the vinyl to inspect the condition underneath) It did not have the cool designs like the photos had shown, it was just basic black. I felt like I received a totally different computer than advertised. Since I could not get my monitor to hook up I can not say anything about its performance. Customer service did contact me so at least it seems like their customer service is responsive but I decided to return it rather than try and troubleshoot anything since I was not happy overall with the unit out of the box. I packaged it up before I was able to get any pictures.

So far this has been a good computer. No problems.

It was easy to set up and works well. Big Fish games play smoothly. The computer is not noisy during normal operation. It's small enough to fit behind my monitor. I'm happy with it and hope it lasts for years to come. I appreciate that there are people who upgrade these oldish computers and offer them up to us at reasonable prices

2025 0820/UPDATE: It's been one month since I received this computer, I thought, I should write an update on its performance. It's supposed to be a Dell Optiplex, 32GB RAM and 1T Hard Disk PC with 3.60GHz i7 7700 processor. Honestly, it doesn't behave any better than my old desktop, which I couldn't upgrade to Windows 11. I am also experiencing a lot of issues with Office 365, which I subscribe to annually. I have done some research on the issues, and it appears many are experiencing similar issues with Office 365 on Windows 11. Overall, therefore, ZERO complaints so far about this particular purchase. I chose this PC because the specs matched my old Dell Inspiron (i.e. i7-7700, 3.6GHz). I definitely recommend purchasing used computers from this seller. I will return for another update only if the machine stops working within a year (if it dies on me before August 2026). INITIATE THOUGHTS ON THE PURCHASE: Received it on Thursday, July 17th, 2025 as promised. Packaged was A++. Dell Optiplex i7-7700 with 32GB also came clean and ready to use. Had to go through the usual windows 11 install and Office 365 install. Then, got a list of drivers, approx 12 of them, that needed to be updated, which I did, hassle free. All the specs were accurate, as advertised. I set-up the computer and tested all the ports. VGA port on the computer is male, not female as I expected it. The rest of the ports appear to be working fine. Now, all I have to do is WAIT to see how long the computer lasts me. So far, works great! Am happy with my purchase. If it lasts me 3 years, I will be super happy and will revise (upgrade) my rating. But, for now, shipper gets 5/5 stars. Product gets 3/5 stars (like I said, it is a renewed PC, let's see how long it lasts because others have complained it stopped working after 1 week and gave a "blue" screen). Fingers crossed all will be well.

Now that it is set up and running, I am please with the purchase.
