Very clean smelling and is a quality shampoo. We used it in a hotel and really liked it.

I used this recently in a hotel and loved how clean my thick hair felt. In fact, I loved it so much I was ordering some on the car ride back home. My hair was so shiny, mad smoothe. There is not a heavy perfume smell which I also loved.

I found this in a Hilton brand hotel on a trip recently and loved it. I bought it to try at home and it still works really well, it just feels a slight bit drier than it did in the hotel. Probably because we have hard water. Added to the very light weight conditioner and it's a great combo! Smells amazing too, and I have a sensitivity to smells. Doesn't weigh ,y hair down or make it greasy. My curls still had volume.

This is my favorite shampoo. I first came across that a Hilton. Leaves your hair soft and feels clean. Highly recommend.

NOT EVEN A 1 STAR!!I used this brand shampoo and conditioner during a recent stay at a Hilton Hotel and fell in love! Made my hair look, feel and smell amazing. I found it on Amazon and had to purchase. I was a little iffy about spending over $60 for both the shampoo and conditioner but just did it because what I used at the hotel was worth it. NOT AT ALL WHAT I GOT! THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED MINE AS WELL OF BEEN A BOTTLE OF WATER. IT HAD THE CONSISTENCY OF WATER AND NO CLEAN SMELL AT ALL. SAME WITH THE CONDITIONER, VERY RUNNY AND HARDLY ANY OF THE CLEAN SMELL. It also didn’t work the same, left my hair feeling dirty and not clean and fresh at all. It has left the front pieces of my hair very frail and splitting apart. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IT IS NOT THE SAME PRODUCT AS THE HOTELS!!!! THEY MOST LIKELY ARE WATERING IT WAY DOWN TO GET THEIR MONEY WORTH OUT OF IT. HORRIBLE PRODUCT.

We first used this shampoo at a Hampton Inn. It smells incredible and cleans hair very well.

The product itself is good but the bottle was not well packed, and about 1/8 of it leaked out in transit. the pump type bottle was in a plastic bag secured below the top of the pump allowing leakage.
