What a great piece of equipment so easy to use,has and will save time certainly would recommend

Great product once it actually areived

This has been the most disappointing purches i have made. Three months after we bought it, it stopped working. The robot does not turn on at all even though the battery is full. We have pressed the button multiple times but nothing happens. But even though the product was faulty the most infuriating thing is we tried to contact the company but got no answer. It was the biggest waste of money and the company is not reliable at all. I would not recommend anyone to buy this. It is terrible

Item worked for around 2/3 months (used approximately 4 times) then stopped charging so is completely useless

I purchased an Aiper Seagull SE at the beginning of June, I used it approximately every 3 days to clean my pool, by the beginning of July (4 weeks after purchase), it stopped charging. I contacted Aiper and they said that the battery had failed and because I had bought the product from Amazon it was nothing to do with them - so they aren't doing anything for me. BEWARE: THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WHEN THEIR PRODUCT FAILS AFTER 4 OR 5 WEEKS THEY WILL DO NOTHING FOR YOU. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID.

Sadly after only three months of use this product has stopped working. At £365 it was not something I purchased thinking it would only last one summer. I brought it April last year and the seller is not responding, amazon are advising me they will not refund the product and the sellers have removed themselves from the amazon platform. Please do not buy this product if you are hoping to use it for more than one season.

Awful do not buy ours lasted just a few months and because we aren’t in the EU nothing would be done about mending it. Awful experience from start to finish!

They went the extra mile to ensure satisfaction and were clearly committed to continuous improvement. It’s rare to see a company take responsibility, communicate openly, and back it up with real action. Based on how Aiper handled my experience and the quality of their current flagship product, I believe they deserve recognition for innovation, accountability, and customer-first thinking. It’s no surprise while they are the gold standard in and the worldwide #1 in Smart Robotic Pool Vacuums.

I have only used the unit 4 times, for a routine clean. It does pick up leaves, bugs, bird droppings, pine needles and fine debris, which you can see in the unit after. I always take it out before the battery dies (a solid 90 minutes every time, at least) and don't have a problem with debris dumping back into the pool as other reviews have mentioned. It moves around randomly, and is cute to watch, and I sometimes use the hook and direct it to spots it is missing. I have a 15x30 foot above ground pool, with some wrinkles and dents in liner, and the pool is pristine after a 90-minute clean. I will still use the handheld hose vacuum for pool opening and closing, but it is nice to have this easy option for routine cleaning. Another huge perk, is that after vacuuming with the hose vacuum connected to the filter, I have to open the pump and clean out the filter basket every time, and a couple times a month have to open and clean the filter cartridge. Since debris is captured in Aiper, aka Rosie, this reduces the amount of time I have to fight with lids, and saves water. And the Aiper is easy to hose off, then I let it dry well and keep it inside as, and after I recharge it, hoping that might help with the battery issue other reviews mention. It is a good product, for a reasonable price. I'm pleased.
