It keeps the sun out of my face and the glare out of my eyes - I don't like running with sunglasses
I bought 2 of these, one for me and one for a friend. She doesn't wear her's because she gets a hot head, I wear mine all the time! When wearing the cap running I don't find my head gets any hotter than it would without. It keeps the sun out of my face and the glare out of my eyes - I don't like running with sunglasses. After a run I chuck it in the wash with the rest of my sports gear, wash on a cool sports wash and it comes out fine and dries in no time! I've had it about 3 months and its not changed in any way - kept its shape, colour and doesn't smell! Its very light on my head, stayed on in strong winds - so far its done all I could ask of it. Happy.

I don't use it for exercise but...
it's very good otherwise. It's extremely light and compact when not wearing. Also (importantly for me) it keeps the sun off my bald head and lets the skin breathe so my scalp doesn't sweat.

Great running visor
Does everything I wanted it to do, keep the sun and sweat out of my eyes in a run, but keeping my head cool. I find hats too hot and this is the perfect solution. Washed it a few times (don’t know if your supposed to) and it is still perfect.

Keeps the sun off
A nice lightweight hat. Bought for a scorching summer weekend hiking in the lakes. Glad I did. Also great for running.

The best running cap I've owned
Very generous sized. I have a large head and this cap fits me with about another 1" slack available. Material is very comfortable. I wear them on my long runs ( 2-2 1/2 hours), great sweat absorption, lightweight and not hot at all.

Excelente calidad pero muy pequeñas
La gorra tiene una calidad excelente, los acabados y trabajo de costura son de lujo sin embargo hay que tomar en cuenta que la talla está mal especifiada: S/M en realidad es Small. Tuve que regresarla y pedir la L/XL, espero que no esté gigante.
