We kept this outside out porch for when it got a little too cold for our stray kitties that we feed. I like that it has two hatches for escape. The heater worked all winter. We unplugged it and will use again.

Stray cat and 3 kittens avoided at first but now live in the house! Protect kittens from other cats and shelters against rain storms. Sits under a covered porch.

Purchased this for the outdoor kitty I've been feeding for the better part of a year who joins me on the porch of my upstairs flat. Arrived quickly, the box was bashed and taped but everything inside was fine. I am clueless in reading pictograph instructions but I had this put together in under 10 minutes (I know because I had something baking in the oven and I was done in that space of time). Kit took to it immediately. Went inside to check my lunch and she already made herself at home. There are other choices for outdoor homes, some wood and some converted insulated coolers. I can't speak on the merits of those, but this meets the requirements I wanted for her: two entry/exits so she isn't trapped, a sloped roof to repel water, ice and snow, and a size and material that will insulate without having an electric cord running out the door of the flat. I don't think it will stand up to intense wind, but it is substantial enough for ordinary conditions. The shiny walls look like they'll be warmer than straight wooden walls and obviously she's comfortable in it; I've checked on her from noon til almost 8 p.m. and she hasn't left it except to come out to greet me and have her supper. It hasn't budged from the spot I put it, so it isn't blowing around. It hasn't rained today, so these are first impressions, but the construction is tight enough for stiff accordion walls attached with velcro strips, really pretty ingenious. Overall, I am very happy and the price point with free shipping is a bargain. I am confident this was a good choice.

Not airtight for sure, best used on a protected porch, but definitely a port in a storm!

We put this on our porch for a stray cat that's been around our house. He immediately loved it and seems to stay pretty warm in it when it is quite cold out. We placed a plush bed inside to increase his comfort and warmth. This house is also quite sturdy as it did not get blown away or moved by a strong windstorm that occurred recently (Dec 2022).

The outdoor cat that has adopted us loves it. We added a heating pad for the winter.

muy bonita, la verdad se me hace algo cara porque no es una casa de un material 100% Rígido, es mas como del estilo de un cartón muy duro pero puedes sentir que puede doblarse en algún momento (no por tu gato, claro).Si no te preocupa mucho gastar, está muy bien y se ve moderna.Mi gato solo usa la parte de arriba, le quité el techo jaja

Es muy buena para exteriores, mis gatos se acomodaron perfecto ahí, no se quieren salir.
