Does this run true to size or does it run small like so many I have Viewed?

Very small, like a sausage casing. The Large is the same size as a Vanity Fair Small I bought years and years ago. Returning.

I wear it as an additional layer during the winter along with a brassiere underneath. It does not provide much support based on my cup size. I wish the length were a little longer. Had trouble with keeping it tucked in.
