Good, but buy the long version!
I have the long orange version of this roller at my gym, therefore I bought this one to use on the go, however, it is way too small, the only areas you can use on are your calves or quads individiaully, its much more of a hassle to use than the big one as you can only massage one side at a time making you hold your other side in the air or contracting your opposite side muscles while doing so, which makes it redundant for muscle recovery.The roller quality is top, but I'd say it is for really small individuals, like 120 pounds and under, otherwise buy the large one, as I said, I have it at my gym and it is awsome, unfortuannly its too big for me to own it.

Direi il miglior Foam Roller acquistabile.Noi lo usiamo spesso in preparazione all’attività, a differenza di altri, non é troppo rigido o penetrante e permette di lavorare sul muscolo in maniera adeguata senza troppo dolore (in caso di contrattura) facendo risultare piacevole il massaggio. L’ho regalato ad un atleta ed ha buttato via il vecchio usando solo questo.Lo consiglio per chi fa attività sportiva agonistico o comunque impegnativa,
