I've actually purchased this product three times now, and I must say it's become one of my absolute favorite salad dressings. It delivers a delightful sensation of freshness to your salads. You can definitely detect a hint of tanginess from the yuzu, and it's well balanced with a salty flavor base. It pairs perfectly with any type of vegetables and is highly recommend for your summer.
