Glisten Dishwasher Cleaner, Removes Limescale, Rust, Buildup, and Grease, Lemon Scent, Made in the USA, 12 Ounce Bottle, 3-Pack

Our dishwasher was gross after years of not properly cleaning it. I manually wiped out a lot of debris that was hiding around the filter area and then popped one of these into the utensil rack. An hour or two later when the cycle finished I could tell that this was a product I'd keep coming back to in the future. The inside of the dishwasher was visibly cleaner and the funky smell was gone. It's well packaged not to leak which is always a bonus for items like this that you buy online.

I am on my 2nd cleaning pack of 3. I usually just place it in the dishwasher and walk away. I recently over the last few months went all organic cleaning products. I cleaned my strainer basket and noticed how greasy it was. I looked further and there was grease stuck to my other dishwasher parts. I took a before and after picture and I am amazed at how well this product worked! My dishes are spotless and beautifully!

I have used this for years. I used to do a thorough cleaning the dishwasher myself about every year, waiting until it obviously needed it. I finally decided I had to find an easier way. What ended up working well with the least work for me, is about every two months I clean the filter system and then use this product. (Glisten recommends every month, but there are only 2 of us, and we rinse most food off.) Our dishwasher is 18 years old, is stainless steel inside, and works and looks great.One hint: our dishwasher doesn't have a super hot cycle, and I sometimes find that the wax plug doesn't melt enough to let the cleaning fluid out, even if I run the tap water until it's hot before starting. If so, I run it again after removing some of the plug with my thumbnail.

Removed a lot of grease pretty well but some of the residue on the filter and the sides of the machines are still there. It's definitely easier to scrub it now that it's degreased though so overall not bad but less powerful than I was expecting.

I meticulously and frequently clean the inside of my dishwasher, including the filter, but it developed an odor that would not go away. This product worked as advertised. Note: label instructions need to be observed EXACTLY, as product is toxic to humans and pets. I followed the directions, and the dishwasher odor is gone.

I have been very pleased with Glisten's washer and dishwasher cleaning products over the years. They do a great job of maintaining the surfaces. I used these monthly when cleaning the filters. Thank You.

I have tried numerous dishwasher cleaners over the past decade, and this is the only one I've found that works effectively in our dishwasher. Since we have hard water, we have to have a cleaner that is able to hold up to the task, and this one does just that. Our dishwasher is truly clean, with dishwashers coming out amazing once we do our scheduled dishwasher cleaning (I do it about every other month). It also leaves our dishwasher looking very shiny, leaving me very happy since I have a great-smelling, clean dishwasher that also produces cleaner dishes!

The product itself is good, but ordering it from Amazon. Twice already it has shown up damaged and leaked all over the box. This is most likely because it uses heat to melt the wax, and during the summer, it's just too hot. I usually don't mark down stars for bad shipping, but this product needs better packaging or something to prevent these leaks.
