The oats are perfectly cooked in just a few minutes, leaving no lumps or uneven textures, and the consistency is smooth and creamy.In addition to the divine flavour, I value the nutritious benefits that these porridge sachets provide. It’s low in calories and did help me lose weight. The taste isn’t great but after mixing it with a scoop of protein powder it tasted quite good. (Ate with unsweetened almond milk too)
