Is this the original Burning Bush that emits a volatile oil in high summer that can be ignited?

Is this the same burning bush as a Winged Spindle

Any sort of spindle, including this one, is harmful to pets and humans. Pity because they are so good otherwise.

I have 3 in the ground inpartial shade and 1 potted in full sun. Both thrive but the one in sun turns red late late August last year and lost leaves early but the others turned red in autumn and leaves did not fall until late. In full leaf in April.

My husband just purchased this and it has arrived with green leaves ??
