Was using the calcium magnesium zinc and VitD before...when I found this with vit c and k also ,which I had to take separately for the first combinatiom to work efficiently, i was more than happy to buy it and it didn't fail me...I already feel the difference in energy and movement in my body. plus ot is more economic. I am taking this supplement with B-complex after dinner as i am on OMAD intermittent fasting.
