Great way to keep your wine safe while traveling!
On a recent vacation to Hawaii, I wanted to bring along some of my own wine to enjoy while hanging with family in my aunt's condo on the islands. I was worried that packing full bottles of wine in my checked luggage would end up dousing all the clothes packed with wine - I may be a self-proclaimed wino, but wearing wine is not on my wish list. I thought about getting the reusable kind vs. this version, but hey, I'm cheap so I went with this 8-pack. I wondered if I'd be saying 'you get what you pay for', but in this case, these things worked their magic to and from - in spite of my suitcase getting battered up during the baggage handling process. The wine traveled perfectly safe, and I didn't end up with any breakage, leakage or spillage! I think I'll be stocking up on these for any future excursions - better to have them and not need them, than need them and not have them. Highly recommend if you like to travel with wine like I do!

Great for travel and shipping
I bought these for the purpose of traveling with wine domestically and a couple bottles of liquor for a Caribbean vacation. So, the wine skin itself is very large so they are pretty universal for different sized bottles of wine. We had a couple of different bottles and they all fit very comfortably and easy to insert and remove. These also worked for a bottle of Titos Vodka and a bottle of cask whiskey. All of the wine and liquor arrived at our final destination perfectly unharmed. These are great for various shapes and sizes of bottles and great for travel. The seal at the bottom is also quite convenient and easy to use. The skins are reusable and can be stored flat. I really like these and have recommended to several friends and colleagues.

Great product
Worked great. At security, they take bottles out and weigh them. So wait until through security to seal them.

Protects wine especially for traveling
I would buy this 1000 times! Its awesome and protects wine very well. I flew to Napa and wanted to bring wine back home with me. I packed wine in these wine skins and when I got home my wines were in perfect condition with no scratches. This will cover a normal size wine bottle but nothing bigger than that. It has easy instructions and steals very well. Your wine bottle will not slip off. The wineskin is basically a bubble wrap for your wine to make sure it doesn't break and if it does, it will contain the liquids inside. I thought it was a good value for my money and was lightweight. You have to get this everytime you travel or even to protect it at events. Buy this, you won't regret it.

Great way to transport your wine
These are excellent for traveling with! We packed in our suitcase and didn't have any problems. It was the most cost effective way we could come up with to re-locate our small (but pricey) wine collection. We mostly put the wine in these skins but also then put them in boxes for added protection. The wine that traveled with just the skins (and no wine box) also held up just fine. Although they say not re-usable. I don't see why not. We'll totally use them again and again. They are very sturdy and nice.

1 time use
This was perfect for my travel needs. A champagne bottle was a stretch, and that particular bag is now in the trash with how it was removed, but all the other as I will travel with again, and purchase 3m double sticky tape to reseal. Hopefully I can push a 3rd trip, but if not, I will purchase again.

These are the greatest!
These are the greatest! I recently went to Germany and people requested I bring beer back for them (of course). I used these to bring back a couple of bottles of liquor, a couple of jars of jam, and 16 bottles of beer. They worked well and protected the glass like they should. None of them broke on the way back to the US and I even had to change planes a couple of times. I have since reused a couple to transport glass bottles and they were just as good as the first time I used them. I know some people say they are just for one use, but I see myself getting way more use out of them. Definitely recommend!

All wine, no whine.
When you live in a state that won't ship alcohol without a liquor license (ahem, Kansas/Missouri), and you don't trust your best bottles to the mover, you either have one freaking fantastic goodbye party or you buy these, pack wrapped bottles around your clothes in your sturdiest suitcase, and hope for the best. Success - all eight made it back from Kansas City to DC in one piece. Pro tip - don't go to wine country in the summertime if you don't know where you'll be living in October, when all of the wineries feel it's safest to ship. That's how your stuff winds up in Kansas City (in Dad's linen closet) in the first place. We'll be going back to Healdsburg in July but because we're both too impatient to wait a few months, we'll probably bring some and ship the rest. If unwrapped carefully, WineSkins appear to be reusable. If the adhesive is a little grumpy in a few months, I'll just use packing tape. I used a 24" Samsonite hard-sided ziplite suitcase with wheels. 8 bottles of wine in a bag that size, packed around clothing and other travel items, weighs a ton and takes up a lot of room. I also don't know if I'd pack an entire suitcase full of wrapped wine bottles - they're cushy, but not so cushy I'd trust them without clothes in there to absorb some of the shock. Also, and I'd read this in other reviews, traveling with that many wrapped wine bottles almost guarantees you an extra TSA search, and my suitcase was no exception, so it's a waste of time and money to lock your luggage. If your wine is so valuable you're worried it'll get stolen out of a checked bag, better pay for direct shipping.

Good for wine or any drink bottle. Protects from breakage or leakage. But very expensive. The same item in the US cost only a fraction of what it costs here in India

Will probably serve the stated purpose adequately, but grossly over-priced for a single-use product.
