内側側副靱帯損傷してます スノーボード用に購入 以前はマクダビッドのサポーターを使ってました ごっつくて安定感がありましたが、ウェアの裏地が擦り切れるため、こちらに変更しました 薄手ながらしっかりサポートしてくれるので気に入ってます 通気性もよく丈夫です

Worth the extra $$ hold knee cap in place . Great compression and knee support. No metal so very comfortable.

This is a great knee brace. It is very well suited for the issues it helps with (I my case, knee tracking, clicking / popping, etc). They are basically gone when wearing it. That said, there are two things they could improve. 1) the fabric is rough. Especially behind the knee. They should add some smoother fabric back there. 2) it stays in place PRETTY good - it does travel a bit with activity. I have to pull it up every so often. If they added the little rubber stuff on the inside (like my other brace has - zero movement, another amazing brace https://amzn.to/3YfIZDO) this would be even better. Overall, great brace. Just could make it the best ever with a few modifications in my opinion!
