tough looking tool this, be very sure to keep turning the rods clockwise direction, while using this tool attachment, helps remove stuff stuck on pipe wall, scum etc, a good tool,to clean pipes,after unblocking,flushing with water, good price value for money, many thanks. this review is for guidance only,it works for me, hope it helps you.

I baught this to clean my mother's gutters, the bristles were not as strong as I had hoped and in parts wore down after rubing against the tiles.

A godsend for a blocked drain the other day, fir just a fraction of the cost of Dyno Rod / & equivalent to unblock a sewer outlet, the whole pack was easy to set up , the different heads easy to attach & use , 3 mins & no blockage...ace

Has tough bristles and although it has plastic threads it feels secure when screwed onto a rod and not likely to be pulled off.

Arrived on time and looked like a very useful and well made attachment. Unfortunately it did not fit my drain rods (red), so I returned it. Perhaps Silverline attachments only fit Silverline rods?

Fits the Silverline rods as one would expect and provides the additional cleaning sometimes required

Hubby had rodded pipe so as the water was now flowing i was sure the problem had been solved. But he was not he decided we should get this brush so when it came I thought I might be seeing a small amount of silt in the pipework but what a surprise I got. He kept rodding with this on the end of one of the rods until he convinced himself that he had pushed the blockage back into the drain. (he had been working from the manhole cover). Oh and he was so right he stuck his (gloved) hand into the drain removing what honestly looked like broken brick - it was solid fat and food debris which must have been accumulating over many years. Had himself not insisted that the rodding had not cleared the problem and ordered this I imagine it would not have been long before the pipework was blocked again. For the money paid I am delighted as a plumber would have cost a lot more.

Bought this to go with pipe cleaning rods, as yet not used, hopefully I won't have to but in general the brush seems quality and strong bristles so I think it would be up to the task.

Bien ,es fuerte , sirve a los tubos de acero inoxidable y no rayarlos yo además le puse un trapo de microfibras y se quedaron los tubos estupendo
