Good for my heart health
I've been taking 2400mg of fish oil for the last 10-12 years. Along with garlic, low dose aspirin and a statin, my doctor tells me that my cholesterol is finally under control.

My doctor recommended fish oil as a supplement. I've been taking these fish oil capsules for years. I don't know if they're really helping my heart, but I'm pretty sure they're not hurting it. I've also read that fish oil tablets help reduce anxiety. Do they really? Who knows? I order these because they don't leave a fishy aftertaste, or cause fishy burps. Cheap insurance, as I see it, and I trust the brand.
