Counterfeit Note Detector Marker Pen (Pack of 5)

For everyday quick use ot see if the note tendered is genuine - Sterling or foreign currency - NO plastic notes though - it will tell you at once if its counterfeit - a simple "X" shows faint yellow and then fades on true notes. On counterfeit notes the X turns black or brown immediately! Worth buying half a dozen - I have. And as the cap has a clip on it, it can be clipped in your shirt or jacket pocket. Keep one always in your handbag, ladies. Highly recommended.

After being caught out being given a counterfeit £20 note i was angry i couldn't spot the difference.But now with this pen,i feel more confident i won't be conned again.I keep it with me whenever i know i will be using/recieving notes, and check them at once.Some shops check them while others don't, and this was given in money obtained at the post-office.Well worth buying. I purchased 2 and gave one to my daughter.

Was going away to America and seen some horror story about a women being locked away for counterfeit notes she has no clue about.The pen works perfectly clear/yellow for good notes and black for bad. I didn't have any bad notes thankfully but it put my mind at rest.

Very good if you are a small business trying to protect yourself from the fake notes are unfortunately. These are a good alternative to a UV light as it is cheaper to purchase than a UV light and takes up less space on your desk and also doesn't require electricity connection. However a UV light is more accurate than note checker pens as you can clearly see whether it is a fake or not with a UV light whereas with a note checker pen it can be a bit iffy.

Decent pen but it dries up easily and there are more advanced tech alternatives available

After reading just how many notes, both Sterling, Euro's and Dollars, plus any other currency, is counterfeit. I decided to purchase the pens to check all my money. This pen is really simple to use and gives an instant result. You just put a small line on the note and you can tell immediately if it reacts or not.Have one for my husband's and my travel bag, one in my handbag and one in the kitchen drawer. Also gave one to my son, who has a business.An excellent purchase, does exactly as it says on the blog!!

Great little thing leaves a black mark on fake notes works well but not for plastic notes
