Fiber does not propagate electromagnetic interference
I used two of these along with the TP-Link MC220L converter to upgrade my Eversolo T8 and it worked great!

No Complaints
Bought this as part of an Ethernet bridge to get my home LAN out to my detached garage (WiFi was not reliable). The system is working wonderfully! Paired with TP-Link Gigabit Ethernet Media Converter, Up to 1000Mbps RJ45 to 1000Mbps SFP Slot Supporting MiniGBIC Modules (MC220L) , one on each end of a fiber line. No complaints.

Another GREAT TP LINK PRODUCT!
As with everything TP LINK I've purchased, works as advertised and as expected. This is a great system especially when combined with the smart switch for distributive processing. Fiber for the long runs and CAT5/6 for the short runs. I've completely changed my method of design as before I always thought Fiber was too expensive and too delicate. NOT TRUE

Good product
Bought this to use with my TL Link Gigabit Media Converter. Works well. Decent shipping. Would be nice if it wasn't so expensive for such a tiny piece of equipment.

Inexpensive improvement
I used this fiber optic link to create a noise-resisting connection from my NAS music server and my streamer. It did seem to improve the sound quality although you can never really prove that. Regardless, it was an inexpensive tweak to my audio system.

Works great on SOTM SN10G SFP port switch. This is a 1G module. Have purchaed Finisar 1475 which is 10G bandwidth module however SOTM switch cannot support 10g.Users might want to tale note. Sound wise, clear as a whistle no issues so far as am using this TPLINK module daisy chain to another SOTM SN10G. With fibrepro 7" length LCLC os2 .You can buy the whole wide web of modules to try and narrow them down to the best sound for any audiophile given switch but I find that it is a waste of money and time. You are better off playing LPs.However for TIDAL streaming does works fine for me and have tested playing back and forth from a ripped to wave cds 44.1/16bit direct from cocktail x40 thru uab (sotm usb ultra onboard clock) and with Lenovo laptop also with Sotm txusb ultra, TIDAL, the tidal does sound slightly similar but take note though, the decay of the cymbals ended (faster)lesser last note shimmering decay effect. Softer no bite.No air surrounding the cymbals. No idea why?All psu are plixir balance elite .Amps are Belcanto ref500s to Mytek broolyn dac+ and cables kimber ks1021/ pk10 palladian /ks2036/8tc.SR fuaes amd bybees with shakti stones and shakti onlines.SR tranqua bases. Update 1 Now having bought 08 and no issues at all. Only for LC to LC fibres and OS single mode SM single mode. Do not use OM or MM multimode. Do not mix the IN and OUT of the module.Wise choice to go with same module maker/ model nbr.

I bought these in order to convert my ethernet signal to fiber and they did the job although for audiophile listening there are better but more expensive options.

Works well out of the box with TP-Link switches.
