Stable, durable, easy to use.
Consult doctor first, do not damage skin without consultion. Product is good, but needs supervision and care while use. Ease to use but Dont try blindly.

Kostech adjustable derma stamp
Product quality is good. The microneedles are sharp and the adjustable roller works well. The needles do not hurt on the head or face, rather make for great use. Satisfied with the product.

Absolutely trash product
The rotation adjustment at the base of the derma stamp that is used to adjust the length of the needles stopped working just after a couple of uses. Now the needles don't come out despite me rotating the adjustment at the base. The company doesn't provide any warranty. Now I'm stuck with a faulty derma stamp even though I used it just twice. I'd request buyers to not spend their hard earned money on this sub standard product and rather look for derma rollers or derma stamps from other companies.
