Pretty cool!
***See update below***It never occurred to me to buy a plastic faucet - usually I would avoid such a thing. But we needed to replace the leaky, 40-year-old "ghetto slumlord" (to quote another reviewer) faucet in our kitchen. We are still several years away from a big remodel, so we didn't want to invest in a pricey new faucet right now. We have a modern-style home with a white sink & white appliances, so this one works for us. If it lasts until we remodel, we'll call it a win.I'm really impressed with the looks & function. HUGE improvement over our old faucet, & it doesn't look cheap at all once installed. It feels very sturdy, in fact. It was not difficult to install, we didn't need any extra parts, & we have not had any problems with the sprayer head settling back into place after pulling it out. Make sure the weight is located properly. I may pick up another weight next time I go to the hardware store, just to be sure.Yep, it's made of plastic, but it's a great value for the money. I'll update my review if we have any issues, but I don't anticipate any. Based on the customer service reviews, I'm looking forward to using this faucet for many years!***Update: We have been using this faucet for a year & it's going strong. No breakage, leaking, or staining. The deck plate has some light scratches where some harsher cleanser touched it. I now clean it with bathroom cleaner that is safe for acrylic shower surfaces, & that takes care of any hard water build-up & scum. Never bought another weight, haven't had problems re-seating the sprayer during normal use.***2nd Update: After 5 years, plastic is yellowing (sink is next to a window) and has minor cracking. Still functions but isn't attractive. We have now replaced it, but it was a good value for the price.

Hairline Crack in Nozzle Unnoticed
I purchased mine back in May of this year (2018) and I was impressed with its look which I purchased for our laundry room sink. It was installed by our licensed plumber with no complaints other then it seemed to be completely made up of plastic, but with the little use it will most likely get, it should last a while. This sink is hardly ever used and we just experienced water under that sink and could not figure out where it was coming from. After our plumber took a look at it, he found that the pull out nozzle had a crack in it and was leaking inside the spout.I’m disappointed that this happened so quickly and only being used a couple times a month since installed.I am past my return date as of late June, but wanted buyers to please check out your purchase very closely and make sure there are no cracks, etc.Sadly I’ll probably go with a higher end product this time, hopefully I can find one as stylish as this one.

Looks and works great but watch out for the water restricter plug!
Looks great and appears more expensive than it is. Mounted easy also. I would have given this 5 stars had the mfg just mentioned the water flow restricter plug in the connection where the sprayer hose connects to the combined hot/cold water outlet hose, under the sink. This stupid, nanny state, environmental wacko water saving device cost me over two hours of extra work. This is in an RV, and like I am going to waste a lot of water when I have a limited supply and a limited size holding tank. After installation I got barely a dribble of water out, not even enough to use the sprayer function. I thought that the diverter valve assembly was gone after reading other reviews, requiring an additional number of hours of labor because I had to remove the entire sink to get to it. However, after a few frustrating hours I found that plug. All I did was use a hook type dental tool and pulled it out of there, (you do have to pull hard though), and presto, I had full control of the amount of water coming out.If I get a comment back from the mfg that says something like they are required to use that restricter plug for units shipped to California and cannot mention the ability of the user to remove it, then I will change the rating to 5 stars. I sure hope the environmental police do not come and arrest me for doing this.

Very nice and great price
I wound up with this item because our old kitchen faucet broke and I had been operating it with vise-grips for several months. Checking the local big box stores I was shocked at the prices for a decent new faucet, upwards of $100. After searching the offerings on Amazon, many of which were not much less than the stores, I came upon this one, which pretty much fit what I wanted and had good user reviews. We've had it about a month now and really like it. Installation was a little difficult (tip: make sure all the water lines are clear of the bottom bracket ring before tightening, it's real easy to trap one under the ring), but not much more than I expected until I busted a supply-side connection and got a good hot shower before I could get the water turned off. The only issues I've had were 1) the hose is tight and requires a pretty good pull, then a tough push to get the sprayer back in place and it doesn't immediately seat properly (I think some silicon spray might cure this), and 2) I'm having difficulty getting used to the handle on the right side after years with one that had the control handle on the top. I'm right handed, so I tend to hold what I'm filling or use the sprayer with my right hand. That means reaching across with my left to operate the control lever. Minor inconvenience I'll get used to. Although this is constructed of plastic, it seems to be a solid plastic that will stand up for years as long as it's not abused.
