Replaced a seal on a tea pitcher that broke and was leaking anyway, and tea was going inside channel making it look like it was molding🫤These are thicker than the original, but cutting to size and wedging it into the lid’s housing made it much more leak proof and tight. Even with the cut on one side, it’s still not leaking.👍🏼I bought 2 sets so I’ll have more than I need for the 2 pitchers I have. They’ll also fit other lids with same system probably.Thumbs up for me!

I ordered this to use as a replacement for the silicon sillsaround the lids of my glass food storage containers. It works well and helps to provide a tighter fit for the lid, but it doesn't make the lid leak proof like the original silicon sills that came with the product. I still like this product because I don't often put items with a lot of liquid that could leak out, in the containers, as I use them to hold my lunch items. I would put soup or other liquid items in something different anyway. I think this product is easy to use, you just cut the length of tube you need to fit around the lid and then stick that around your lid. It can sometimes be fiddly and fall out of the lid before you get it on the container, but I didn't have that hard of a time getting it to stay, hence the 4 stars. The sill is easy to clean, and ready to go for the next day.

I wish they have products that can fit my smaller container. It works well.

I have used glass containers for years to keep leftovers safe in the refrigerator. The rubber/plastic gaskets eventually broke or grew mold and had to be replaced. This product is great. They are easy to install and keep the container locked tight. Great price.

I lost the original rubber ring in my glass container so I bought this trying to replace. It came as one long strip, easy to cut to size. But it didn’t seal the lid so the clips didn’t work and stay on. My other concern was if liquids would leak out where the 2 ends of the rubber came together because there was no way to attach the two ends to each other. Since it didn’t work in my container, I don’t know if this would happen, just a thought.

Easy to use and put into container lid, cuts easily with scissors. Highly recommend.
