Not as described!
This is not a skirt as described! I ordered in a rush before a party and was a bit surprised and disappointed. Looking at it now it's probably really pretty and fun (if you have the figure!) but was not what I expected when I ordered a skirt. Look at ALL the pictures before you order!

Rainbow Bustle
Absolutely fabulous!! So pleased with the rainbow 🌈 bustle. Wore it for Chester Pride and it was unique...such great value and well made. Excellent , well recommended!
