Q: Does this mix well with silicone-based foundations like make up forever hd?

I mix it with a different silicone-based foundation and it mixes in pretty well! I have to mix mine a little more to smooth it out and it will be a little thicker, but it works fabulously all the same.

Q: I have foundation that's a bit too orange for me. Would this work as a neutralizer if I mixed it in with a silicone based oil-control foundation?

Blue counters orange My Estée Lauder 2n1 is too dark and a tad bit orange and using a pump of this helps Get to a more neutral shade and .5 a step lighter 1n2 and 1n1 are too pink and orange for me. If I use fenty foundation I need a dot of white and a dot of blue because it’s orangey and oxidization

Q: When mixing this with a HD foundation like Makeup forever, does this give a white cast?

I use the Revlon Color Stay in the lightest shade and it mixes very well. Even if you apply just white to your face, it's not like clown makeup, it blends in so it looks natural.
