5 Star Office Comb Binding Covers PVC 150 micron A4 Clear (Pack of 100)

I used these PVC covers to bind A4 booklets using 2 sheets per booklet. I searched the market and this seemed to be one of the best value for money. They are quite thick (150microns) so you can only hole punch a maximum of 4 at a time on a regular binding machine. My only gripe is due to the processing the sheets to have a tendency to stick together or be fiddly to remove from the pack, but this was not too much of a hindrance. Good product 5/5

It's slightly smaller than A4 so all the pages do stick out when i make a pack. It's still quality in a sense that the material is quality.

These covers are simply a solid sheet of plastic (no cut-outs) and are of the perfect thickness to protect the pages without being too thick. This makes them much more versatile and gives a really professional look to your documents. Excellent for binding using spine bars like these: Durable A4 Spine Bars, 6 mm – Black, Pack of 50

Transparent plastic sheets. Correctly sized. Maybe it's just the packaging but these seem to retain a static charge more than other brands I've used. Can make it tricky to position on top of other paper correctly for the punch.

There's not a lot that I can say about these PVC covers but if you are using a comb binder they are a useful item to give a more finished, professional look to the documents that you are binding. Not forgetting the additional protection that they give to the documents held within them. In conclusion I would say that these are a practical and professional addition to most bound documents.

As another reviewer mentioned, I found these transparent covers a little thinner than I was expecting. Unless you deal in stationery, who amongst us knows what 150 microns feels like? To me these covers feel about the same thickness as a sheet of 100gm paper - but, having said that, they certainly do a good job of protecting the front of your project or report. I have to admit, for a more sturdy feel to the reports I produced, I ended up purchasing and using 5 Star Office's 250 micron covers - and, as a guide, to me these feel about the same thickness as two sheets of 100gm paper
