OPTIMA JointFlex Health Perception Joint Flex Glucosamine Gel Extra 100ml

I have used this gel for several years now, originally, the inflammation in my joint was really painful and I could not sleep. I used this every night at bedtime for several weeks, it seemed to bring relief from pain and gradually the inflammation died down. I have learnt to control my activities so the pain I suffer from varies, and now I use it only when needed, it does not seem to have any side effects. I do not believe it to be a cure for osteoarthritis but it certainly relieves the symptoms I am very happy to recommend this to anyone suffering from arthritic pain, I have never found anything better.

I used this product for my Esto arthritis in my knee and it works very well,read the instructions and act accordingly

I have no cartilage in my ankle joint and I'm on lots of medication so I thought I would try this to see see if it would help and the dull aching has eased quite a lot so I would recommend this this to anybody with arthritic joints to give it a go

Did help with pain relief slightly

I had been in agony with my knee for weeks, and since using this gel my knee has been much better. It's just a clear, no smell, gel and I plan to carry on using it on my joints from now on.Update and probably years since my first comment. Also I have this weird thing on my feet, where it feels like my feet have no padding. Rubbing this on makes my feet feel much more comfortable. I always have it in my medicine cupboard!

The product arrived very quickly. Having used it on my knees and ankles it seems effective on my joints. I suffer from tennis elbow (due to swimming) and mild osteo arthrossis in my knees. For these conditions it seems sufficient to remove pain. If you have more advanced conditions and in heavy pain then you should see your Doctor for prescription remedy only.

I suffer from arthritis in my knees and found this gel particulary effective during the winter months as it contains warming and other ingredients which other ordinary glucosamine gels dont seem to contain.Yes it cost a little bit more,but greatly reduces the pain and gives you better joint flexibility.I have used it over a number of years during the winter,and would thoughly recommend it.

item received ,fast delivery, well packaged, the gel is clear , and not sticky , it is easily absorbed, and does not leave any bad odours. it gives you relief from aches and pains , and helps you to do things which you were having difficulty in doing before. I have found this gel to reduce the pain in my back and arms/shoulders. so would definitely recommend it others to try out , the price is also not too expensive.
