Q: Does this work with the TG-4?

Yes it does I purchased one for my TG-4

Q: Does this work with the TG-6 ?

I have a TG-5 and it works fine. I have just checked the Olympus UK website and despite finding the navigation clumsy, I found that under the listing for this adapter it shows compatibility with the TG-6. This is what I expected and what would make eminent common sense but I have learned the hard way that it is always better to check. I suggest you tread same path as I have done and you should see the evidence for yourself on the Olympus UK website. Good browsing! All the best, Dewar

I bought Mine along with a Hoya 40.5mm UV filter which fits perfectly

Q: I bought this product to attach to the pt-059 housing, but it doesn’t fit?

It's not intended to go on the outside of the external waterproof housing, instead it goes directly onto the camera as I demonstrated in the video, however before you do this you have to remove the plastic bezel that comes on the camera (I lost it so couldn't show you), you do this by pressing the silver button and rotating the plastic part the function of the conversion lens adapter is just to get filter threads on the camera it's self, I just bought it to get a lens cap
