great scanner
Ordered this scanner to copy my OLD photos....grandparents and greatgrand...so I could have a copy for my kids, grands and cousins. Also the majority of Mother's old photos were destroyed in a flood from a hurricane. Since I had glued my photos in albums I couldn't put them on the printer scanner. Looked for one that would work on my MAC and this one was highly recommended. When testing how it would work, I found you have to go at an even speed and hold the scan wand level. Other than that it makes very clear scans and I love it.

Works Great
Super handy for when a copy is needed. No more taking pictures with my cell phone and uploading to computer to print out. This is so much easier.

Low quality, Leaves streaks, You get what you pay for.
Cheap and very low quality. Not ideal for photos. I bought this to scan a bunch of old photos to my computer. The image quality is horrible and leaves streaks across the final image. You get what you pay for. Might be ok for paper documents.

Old but works well
The packaging looks very old. And it uses an SD card. And charges the oldway. The box looks like my childhood toys but at the end of the day it worked well. Quality was decent and easy to use. Price was good and image quality was great. Color was nice. Came with good instructions and decent product

Easy to use, very portable, great for documents, mediocre for photos
I bought this to take with me on a cross-country trip where I would be scanning documents and photos.*** Be sure to perform the white balance calibration *** See the instructions on the included card.It's very easy to use and is a simple design, which is what I was looking for. I also like how it stores the scanned files locally, on a MicroSD card, and appears like any USB thumb drive to my Linux laptop, so I didn't have to worry about OS compatibility.Image quality is sufficient for documents, but not great for photos. The white balance calibration helps get the colors and brightness to be acceptable, but sharpness is lacking in the photos. I had to do some post-scanning processing using GIMP to adjust brightness and improve quality a bit.Overall, given the price, this meets my expectations, and I would purchase it again if I had to do it over.

Love it
I wasn't expecting it to be this easy to use. Overall I love it. I donate blood & scanning my paper work to my employer was so simple & easy. I highly recommend!

Cute item, but not for photos.
Functions fine. It’s a nifty little device but I was very disappointed with the quality of the scans. I was hoping to scan old family photos but this doesn’t cut it. I imagine it would be fine for documents.
