Looks good but defective
The bag looks great, Unfortunately, the lock is defective and keeps opening on its own, making it unusable. We didn’t use it right after receiving it, and only discovered the issue later - by which time the return window had closed. We kindly request your assistance in resolving this, as we believe a replacement or repair would be fair for a brand new item that arrived with a fault.
