Nintendo Circle Pad Pro - 3DS Ll/xl Accessory (3DS LL /XL Console Not Included) Japan Import

This is a must have for any original 3DS XL owner , came as described and fit my ds perfectly. Works great with monster hunter ultimate , helps give the game a completely differenr feel . I would recomend this to anyone with the origonal 3DS XL (not the new one , whitch i think people have done ) also one of the best prices around .

Fits my original (i.e. not the one with the little c stick) 3DS XL perfectly. Came with the battery needed (AAA) and the compartment for the battery is designed so that it can be unscrewed with just a coin. I used a random 1p that I had lying around. I bought this to play Final Fantasy Explorers after finding the normal camera controls horrendous (this thing helps greatly!), but I may even use this with games that don't make use of it as it makes the 3DS XL much more comfortable to hold for extended periods of time. Bear in mind that with this thing in place it is impossible to get to the sd card slot or the stylus.

Its a product for the OLD 3DS XL, I've seen some reviews of people telling that doesn't fit their "brande new 3DS XL", because you bought a New 3DS XL, the New 3DS XL already has a second circle pad next to the A/B/X/Y buttons. Back to the product, its japanese but it suits every old 3DS XL, really easy to put on. It already comes with a battery and even has a battery saving capacity wich disables the circle pad each time that you close or turn down your 3DS. The circle pad itself consumes much less energy than what you might think because it only powers 3 buttons and a circle pad, orders of their movments are powered from the 3DS so tehre isn't much of a problem there, you will spend some time without changing the batteries even if you play it all day long. The circle pad feels a bit more lose than the one on the 3DS itself which you might expect of being from low quality but in fact this circle was made that way to make for faster camera movment and this adding some precision to the games like monster hunter, metal gear solid 3D or Kingdom Hearts which will benefit greatly from this tool. It comes equiped with a right that will be a substitute for your 3DS right sholder and comes equiped with a ZL and ZR buttons that feel pretty strong and durable which is good for me because I became a pussy with shoulder buttons on portable consoles since I had a problem with my NDS in the past. The handle is pretty strong and corrects some of the problems that the first N3DS's had like playing an intense game without volume and suddenly turning up the volume with your left hand. Overall it works really well and you can grab better to your 3DS like a controler, the only problem being it makes it look bigger. The only issue that makes me not givee it 5 stars its a thing that nintendo forgot to think of, the circle pad covers the wi-fi switch. For people that usually dont play online and play on it just once in a while and like to have a longer battery life, will find this pretty annoying because you have to slide of the circle pad all the way just to turn it on and off, turns out pretty bad in games like monster hunter. Well at least its easy to take it of and put it on. In the end is just a piece of plastic that can change your gameplay if you really like to have a more precise camera in some games if you dont have a New 3DS because if you have one, you won't be needing this stuff. Its a good item for intense old 3DS owners, its not expensive and still feels right. Maybe in the future I'll post a youtube video here with my review.

Great accessory. I just missed out on the last of the UK stock apparently. I don't know why they selling these here, well probably to encourage people to buy the N3DS but I much prefer the CPP to the nub on the N3DS. It is essential if you are going to be using certain weapons in MH4 (the light/heavy guns), the touchscreen controls just don't let you control finely enough. Its also good if you are just going to be playing it a lot and don't want to use the touch screen stick controls, which leaves free space on touch screen to assign to other stuff. It is pretty hefty and bulky though. I can't fit my XL in my jacket pocket anymore.

It was really good for playing Resident Evil: Revelations 2 and vastly improved the feel of the game. It didn't do so well for me with other games

Circle pad pro is a real waste of your money. It does not properly work, is supported by like 7 games, eats batteries very fast, feels awkward. Do not recommend buying it.

I haven't upgraded to the newest Nintendo 3DS as I find it too expensive. Therefore I decided to buy this for any games that would require a separate camera movement. It hasn't failed me at all. I Iove using it with my MH4 as it makes chasing monsters easier to do since I don't need to fool around with the other controls. I recommend this to anyone!

1 Star for ambiguous product label. The product description suggests that it fits the 3DS XL. I have a 3DS XL purchased in the UK and this does not fit. There is literally nothing in the product description or title that would lead me to believe anything other than this is made for and fits my unit. I have to conclude that the Japanese 3dsxl is smaller, in which case there should be a warning and I would wonder how this item came to be listed on the UK amazon site.

Es un excelente producto, es verdad que solo es compatible con algunos juegos pero mejora muchísimo la experiencia de juego en ellos, el producto me llegó un poco antes de lo previsto, con la caja un poquito aplastada pero con el producto en perfecto estado. Es el oficial importado y funciona bien con la Nintendo 3ds XL disponible en España. Yo solo lo he podido provat con el juego Resident'S Evil revelations y casi es un periférico imprescindible para poder jugar en condiciones. . Una compra recomendable

This is definitely used and package has been opened, the wraps within are wild open as well. I can even see signs of damage on the controller when the plastic turned white.

You can't really expect the circle pad pro for the 3ds xl to be small. And it isn't. It's big. How big? Big enough to make it uncomfortable to put in my bag, impossible to slip in my pocket. But you know that going in. However, for its big size, it gets the job done, and it does it comfortably. Comparing it to the regular 3ds, the 3ds xl is alot bigger, and for my hands, a lot more comfortable to hold. Add a circle pad pro to that equation and it becomes all the easier to hold. Dont know about it being comfortable for kids though. I bought the version that had japanese print on the box, and was a little worried that it wouldnt work with my american bought 3ds. However it worked perfectly. Ive had the circle pad pro for about two months now, and havent gone tru the first battery yet (it only uses one), but i havent done any intensive gaming on it, so far around maybe 20 hours. Ive been using it for kingdom hearts 3d, and it really makes the game camera alot easier to control. I also own Resident Evil Revelations, but havent really given it much of a go with the circle pad pro yet. The only downside is that, on account of its design, it completely blocks off access to your stylus. So i end up doing a lot of finger mashing on the touch screen, but so far it hasnt been inconvenient at all. You cant shut off wireless either, not without removing the 3ds first. I think the circle pad pro communicates with the 3ds thru infrared, so no cables are necessary. It adds an extra circle pad (duh), and what came as a surprise -two new buttons. Overall it has 3 buttons, an R button because it blocks off the 3ds's R button; but it also has two triggers ZL and ZR With these additions, i have no complaints about the circle pad pro, just a "shame on you" to nintendo for not designing the 3ds xl with all these things already built in.

Il prodotto ha un prezzo onesto in relazione alla sua ottima utilità; è molto comodo (anche per chi ha mani piccole) ed estremamente facile da usare, inoltre , al contrario di ciò che potrebbe sembrare non aumenta eccessivamente nè il peso nè il volume del 3dsxl. L'accessorio è compatibile con un numero limitato di giochi ma tra questi spiccano titoli di grande successo come Kid Icarus Uprising, Monster Hunter, The Legend Of Zelda Majora's Mask ecc... In conclusione lo consiglio a chiunque voglia godersi appieno l'esperienza di gioco potendo modificare manualmente e in qualsiasi momento la visuale che altrimenti, in modalità automatica, può risultare scomoda impedendo di godersi i paesaggi o semplicemente di guardarsi intorno alla ricerca di passaggi segreti, oggetti nascosti ecc...
