A little bit of background noises, apart from that this earbuds is perfect, good sound quality, nice rgb lighting and ANC.

Got these for playing on xbox and ps5, tested on both and the audio is very bad but the mic is even worse, keeps cutting out and dropping sounds, makes online play with friends impossible. The volume control is terrible and the mobile app to configure keeps dropping connection also. Contacted Razer support who did no trouble shooting atall and asked only for my proof of purchase, which i had already given them. Then they said they would log me a ticket. I got an email saying no need to return the faulty item, and just to send them a photo of the cables that came with the headset cut in half and the serial number cut off the box and they would send me a replacement. I did as asked, then 2 days later they mailed again saying i needed to send a pic of the actual earphones with the serial number scratched off, i scratched off as requested and sent the picture. The 2 days after that they mailed asking me for proof of purchase again? I replied saying i had already supplied this and asked for the complaints dept info, they ignored my request of complaining and simply replied saying they wanted proof of purchase again. I sent the proof again and for the 2nd time asked to make a complaint, they ignored me again and just replied saying they would send me return instructions. I replied for a 3rd time asking to complain and they ignored me again sending me instructions saying they would replace provided there was no damage to item or serial number issues (after telling me to cut cable and scratch serial number) i gave up. Did what i should have done to start and contacted Amazon who were amazing and refunded me for the item straight away when i sent the item back to them. I have now ordered Steelseries Arctis earphones and they are amazing. Buy anything else just not Razer.

First set of ear buds I ever bought, the battery life is decent, they tend to get a bit loose after a while don't know if that has something to do with the earbuds. Had them for over a month and they still work so.

Brought these to replace my galaxy pro buds. I'm still using my galaxy Pro buds! Sound is crisp but battery is like 4 hours maybe less. I can use my older ones for upto 7-8 hours. And maybe the sound might be a notch less better. Still it's good to have a back up pair.

Good sound. But the wireless connection is not stable

The noise cancelling is more of an annoying hiss. Changing volume/track/source doesn’t work three quarters of the time. I ended up factory resetting these more times than I was able to adjust the volume down. The battery life is just awful. Three hours of use and they notified me they were getting low after a full charge. Signal dropped out whilst playing on console. Meaning I had to put them back in the case to power down (couldn’t get the touch buttons to work) and get them out again to reconnect. I ended up putting these back in their case and plugging my faultless wired earphones back in that came with my Samsung phone. All of this in the space of half a day before I decided to send them back. Sound quality had a crackle on voice chat, too. Not even remotely loud. Very disappointing from Razer. They only got two stars from me because they were comfortable in ear.

Bought these Hammerhead Hyperspeed for Xbox as I love my AirPods Pro and always wondered how nice it would be to sit and relax playing games on Xbox or ps5 with some comfy ear buds in. Well… where to start. They started off well, connected to my phone, the app, and nice connection to the console, played a few games, sound was great. Then downhill, joined a multiplayer game with some friends who immediately said my mic sounded horrendous and was breaking up every other word. They recorded it and I heard it and yeah it’s awful. When on my iPhone I recorded a message it was clear as day, so something on Xbox is really not working well with the mic. I also noticed that after about 15 mins of gameplay, the battery had dropped from 100% to 85%, so the claims of 3 hour battery seemed about right, and madness to see the PS5 version has double?? What’s going on with Xbox version? I figured I’d check for firmware to fix the mic maybe, and sure enough a firmware was available, yay….. not yay. Updated and bang, the buds wouldn’t pair together, the right one would pair instantly with Bluetooth, and dongle but couldn’t for the life of me get the left one back. It powered up, but no matter how many factory resets and repairing as per manual instructions they remained as 2 single ear buds. What we’re Razer thinking? These Xbox buds are not ready for consumer use, battery atrocious, mic unusable on xbox. Avoid until a second version is released with fixes.

Audio is awful, there's a hissing/white noise that is very prevelant. The audio itself is very bad, can get better from <£10 wired earphones. Wireless dongle does not work in USB mode on PC (works in xbox mode). Reported by other users as well. Battery life is as expected due to wireless Microphone is pretty bad.

I am really happy. I bought these for my wife and me as we game on Xbox. We have the Xbox headsets, but they get too hot on the ears in summer. These switch easily between bluetooth and the receiver (three taps on one of the buds). We use one at a time so we can hear each other and swop out if one is low on battery. The battery is very decent (I mean, those batteries must be tiny). The sound is amazing. Wife uses bass enhanced and it's great. The ANC is also WOW. Easy connection to the phone and Xbox and both have apps for settings. Youtube on Xbox has a slight scratching sound, but definitely Youtube related as we don't get that scratching with games or music. Distance is great too. We have only had them a few days, so here's to hoping they last. The Xbox sets are 4 years old and still going. So far, very happy. It would have been kinda nice if the receiver had USB-C female so it can be powered with the same cable used for charging. Wife needs to swop out as she uses her 3 ports for controller charger, external HDD and then one available for the sets. Other than that, awesome little buds! Will just get a USB Hub for the Xbox.

Great sound and build quality. Latest firmware fixed the issue with one headphone disconnecting.

ACTUALIZO MI OPINIÓN Tras probar el chat con amigos en Xbox Series X mediante el dongle, me dicen que se me corta el micrófono y a veces se me oye lejos. Los tengo actualizados a los últimos drivers de ¡Mayo 2023! (Estamos en Octubre 2023) Tras probar el micrófono con bluetooth conectado al iPhone y funcionar perfectamente, y leer en foros de Razer que es un problema normal, lo del micrófono en chat de consolas, tengo que bajar de 5 estrellas a 1 estrella porque son muy buenos auriculares in ear para jugar, música, etc... pero como tengas que usarlos en chats de consolas, tienen muchos problemas. Hasta que no actualicen los drivers y solucionen el problema, tengo que no aconsejar estos auriculares si vas a usarlos en chat con amigos en tu consola. PRIMERA REVIEW 🎧 Harto de tener auriculares de diadema para jugar a mis consolas estaba esperando que saliera unos in ear que hagan lo mismo, funcionar en todas las consolas y encima ocupen poco y puedas oír tu musica y películas a una calidad de sonido premium. Y así son estos Razer Hammerhead Hyperspeed. 🎧 Con su dongle con interruptor de cambio a Xbox o USB (Playstation, Switch, PC, Mac, Steam Deck, Asus Rog Ally...) estos auriculares valen para todo tipo de consolas y gracias al Bluetooth, se pueden conectar con cualquier dispositivo con bluetooth. 🎧 El sonido es muy alto y muy bueno 🎧 Tiene cancelación de ruido pasiva, activa y sonido surround para oír sonido externo y no estar muy aislado. Pero con la cancelación de ruido pasiva, o ponerte los auriculares en tus oídos, es más que suficiente. 🎧 La batería de los auriculares dura bastante, sobre todo si no tienes activado ningun efecto o cancelación de ruido, y la base de carga dura muchas cargas de auricualares. Nunca he tenido sensación de quedarme sin batería. 🎧 Las luces RGB son configurables en forma y potencia en la aplicación que hay para el móvil, Xbox y PC. En resumen, son caros pero si tienes varias consolas y quieres tener unos auriculares pequeños para todo, estos son super aconsejables.

It worked for couple of days then I started getting some issues with the right earbuds, and not to mention that the usb c didnt work with my computer on pc mode I had to change it to xbox mode get the xbox razer app from the windows store to make it work and its not fast, one more issue is that when I get a call it switches to my phone and when I answer it doesn’t work as earphones If these are the issues im gonna face in the first 3 days i would prefer not to have it and go back to the wired one Pros: sound is good Cons: price is 560 UAE but 700 sar
