Does the job well
Physical therapists used to provide these for free - my old ones fell apart from old age, even after not being used for years. This is a necessary item for shoulder rehab, does the job, no concerns. Good value for money.

Medium resistance, it broke after a lot of use!
Be clear that this is only 1 of 8 resistance levels. But it works fine. I used it in my stretching and flexibility classes, as it is not so resistant one day it broke in one of my stretches.
