Good choice for a 3 year old’s toy
Bought for my great nephew’s 3rd birthday. He was very pleased with it and has played with it a lot.

Great little toy
My son loves this boat, looks very well made and sturdy. Trains fit nicely in it, doors open and shut as you move the boat in and out of the little docking bits of track. Nice lights and realistic boat sounds. Only slight minor issues are that the boat only holds 1 engine and maybe 1-2 carriages and some bigger/taller trains get stuck on the doors.

A nice robust replica of a ferry
We bought this model for our grandson, who is a great Brio fan. He loves this model and is very impressed with the hooter sound effect.

Great addition to the training tracks
I bought this for my 3 year old nephew who loves his train tracks. It keeps him entertained and is great quality. Decent value for money.

Well made, well loved addition to the track
Although this is rather a simple toy - the bow doors lift up, and it makes a ship's horn sound when a button is pressed - my two young children love it, and it hasn't lost its appeal after a couple of months play. It's a very welcome, well made, addition to their track.

Exciting imaginary play... one gripe
Simply put the bow doors lift up for the trains to glide on and off again, there'a button to sound the ship's horn. Comes with special tracks to help it fit into your train track, although, the whole thing can get a little cumbersome to move in and out. My main gripe is the fact that the boat is too large to fit under any Brio bridge (including the draw bridge which has a large wooden base on it to stabilize it). Regardless of this, it's another great interactive addition to my sons railway set, fantastic for imaginary play.

Lovely
Little boy loves it, adds to his existing track bits and trains. He is very into his trains and this adds to his collection, also because he recently been on a ferry it kind of reinforces his experience. He is 2 and he loves building the tracks into different configurations and then plays for hours with it. Worth the money and BRIO quality is always good!
