How does this compare to getting highlights done, when it comes to damaging your hair? Which one would you say is gentler? Thanks

I've used this for a while now and love it. I regularly apply oils to my daughters hair overnight to nourish them and her hair is lush and natural. Apply to towel dried hair with a pump or two of L'Oréal extraordinary hair oil and comb through whilst blow drying.Compared to highlighting I prefer this as it doesn't leave a straw like texture. Hope this helps.

Why is the product not working?

It works for us. However, I think that the end result will depend on the natural colour of the hair. It only works on dark blonde/light brown. Also, it helps if you apply some heat, for example you can spray on washed wet hair and then dry with hairdryer.

What's the difference between this one and the normal 'adults' one?

A lower percentage of Hydrogen Peroxide (2.4%) compared to 3.9% in the 'adult' version.

Does this make hair dry or brittle?

The lotion can dry out the hair a bit, but if you use a good hair mask (Camomila Intea) you will have no problem
