Helps with leg pain
Like what it does, gives me energy, at my tender age of 76. I sleep better, less leg pain, I take two a day, best item I found for my health.

Great relief for leg cramps
Periodically I experience terrible leg, shin, calf, foot and ankle cramps during the middle of the night. I used to be able to get quinine tablets, but no more. Brewer's yeast works almost as well. Works quickly. I've started taking it during the day (2 tablets 3x throughout the day) to use it preventatively instead of after the cramps already started. So far so good.

Increased supply but gave my baby screaming gas pain
Way more palatable than powdered brewer’s yeast. Increased my milk supply but gave my daughter awful, painful gas so I had to discontinue use.

bought this to amp up my milk supply. totally works. double the serving size if you’re trying to build a freezer stash.

Didn't help with breastmilk
I've been taking 2 pills 3 times a day for weeks, and have not noticed an increase in breastmilk supply. I do think they help with energy though, and they are easy to swallow. For the price, it didn't hurt to give them a try.

Super Economical
I actually got these for myself (breastfeeding) and for my pet ducks (brewers yeast is a great source of Vit B Which they need). It’s economical and easy to crush and sprinkle on their food
