I loved everything about this tool, so easy to use, it opens cans so easily, without any effort from me.

Excuse the pun, but it does what it says on the tin
I haven’t been able to use an old fashioned tin opener for some time because of arthritis in my hands, I have always had to ask my husband to do it, which is inconvenient if he is out. This tin opener has so far worked brilliantly and opened every tin I have asked it to. I haven’t yet tried it on a small can as I haven’t needed to open one, but I’m confident it will work ok. I would definitely recommend it.

Doesn't work!
One star is too many. As another reviewer says, the cutting wheel only goes round on the top thick part of the rim, leaving a line all round without cutting! Was a Christmas present for my wife, who has trouble with manual can opener.

Clever and fairly easy to use
After all its an item for opening cans and it does the job with no issues, although it takes a few attempts to get it correctly on the can. it was purchased for mother-in-law in her 80s however with her poor eyesight it ended up keeping it and a good job it does too. Comfy in the hand and leaves no sharp edges

Great item
A great item to have in the kitchen. I was a little confused about how to get this to work at first and had to watch a YouTube video as it didn’t seem as though it was opening the tin. Only to realise that it had worked and the tin was already open. (you may understand what I mean once you use this for the first time) it slices the lid straight off as opposed to indenting it like a usual tin opener would. It’s an excellent gadget and saves on any hassle from your manual one.

Needs patience but works
This Tim opener needs a little bit of time to work out how to use it but it's worth the wait. It takes the lids off easily with no mess. Battery operated.

Easy to use, no sharp edges, stops itself
I'm really pleased with this gadget. It has made opening cans so easy. It leaves no sharp edges. And it stops itself after it has completed the job.I was struggling with ring-pull cans particularly.At first it did not open the ring-pull cans reliably, but when I contacted the manufacturer they were very helpful, and advised me to lift the rear end slightly after putting it in place.This has solved the problem, and all ring-pull cans have been opened successfully since.
