Jaguar Scissor - Pre-Style Ergo

My first pair of specially designed hairdressing scissors to trim out my split ends, they’re lovely and sharp! Really good for not splitting the hair again when they cut (no little white dot on the end of the hair after the cut) Have used them for 6months now and just tightened them for the first time yesterday - they’re great!

They didn’t appear instantly but after a little wait they were definitely worth waiting for. I looked at a lot of different scissors in order to cut my own hair at home in lockdown. I wasn’t convinced by the cheaper £29 pairs available elsewhere, having in the past discussed professional hairdressing scissors with a hairdresser years ago and remembering how expensive they said they are. But I didn’t fancy going the whole hog up to £130 where some others start. These scissors are Perfect if like me you want to spend a little extra to cut your hair well at home, without damaging it. They are razor sharp, So much so I caught my finger at one point and I think I may get a little scar. So be careful, these are the real deal. I read that some people complained the finger holes are too small, well I have huge hands and the rubber inserts are removable, pop them out and the finger holes are perfect for big hands.

Not good for precision cutting too thick a cutting edge and blunt the worst scissors I’ve ever bought I’m now out of my return window but they are like a decent pair of kitchen scissors Jaguar is the name of this company But the best scissors are Jaguar Satin Do not be fooled with inferior product

I had bought one of those cutting kits and the quality was meh. When you pick these up you will immediately feel the difference. Great balance and action. You can feel the microserated cutting edge as you open and close the scissors. Very sharp surgical precision. Makes family hair cuts, a bit more managable. Im 6'3 and once i pulled the plastic finger inserts out of the 15.24cm shears, my fingers fit no problem.

Comfortable to use, great price. I’m not a professional, but these were just what I was looking for to trim my daughter’s hair during lockdown. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately I didn't do my homework on these before I bought. It's such a long time since I've had to buy them and then really I hadn't looked at sharpening, which would have saved me money. In a nutshell I wanted 6.5 and never noticed they were only 6. They are also very 'slow' made for beginners, not someone who has been chopping since I was 15, although had to leave the trade at 20 because of allergies. Not to worry, my fault. Otherwise they are fine as scissors for a beginner.

Ich habe die JAGUAR Haarschere PRE STYLE ERGO 6.0" gekauft, um endlich eine vernünftige, präzise Schere für den privaten Einsatz zu haben. Ich schneide regelmäßig bei mir selbst und meinen Familienmitgliedern die Spitzen, gleiche aus oder korrigiere kleine Übergänge – und mit Billigscheren aus der Drogerie war ich immer unzufrieden. Umso glücklicher bin ich mit dieser Investition – vor allem weil ich die Schere im Angebot für knapp 43 Euro bekommen habe. Für ein Produkt „Made in Germany“ mit so hochwertiger Verarbeitung ist das wirklich ein sehr fairer Preis. Die Verarbeitung ist absolut überzeugend: Die Schere wirkt solide, professionell und liegt sehr gut in der Hand. Die mattierte Oberfläche sieht edel aus und fühlt sich rutschfest und angenehm an. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Schnittqualität – die Klingen sind scharf und gleiten mühelos durch dickes wie feines Haar. Kein Ziehen, kein Reißen – das Schneiden geht gleichmäßig, präzise und fast lautlos. Für mich als ambitionierte Hobby-Anwenderin ist das ein echtes Upgrade. Auch die Ergonomie passt: Die leicht versetzten Griffe ermöglichen eine entspannte Handhaltung, und der Fingerhaken sorgt für zusätzliche Kontrolle. Selbst nach längerer Nutzung verspüre ich keine Ermüdung – im Gegensatz zu vielen günstigen Scheren, bei denen die Haltung oft unnatürlich ist. Die Schere kommt einsatzbereit an, sauber eingestellt und bereits geschärft. Auch nach mehreren Einsätzen zeigt sie keinerlei Verschleißerscheinungen. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass sie bei guter Pflege viele Jahre zuverlässig halten wird. Fazit: Die JAGUAR PRE STYLE ERGO 6.0" ist eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die regelmäßig und präzise schneiden wollen, ohne gleich ins Profi-Segment für Friseursalons zu gehen. Für rund 43 Euro im Angebot bekommt man hier ein Werkzeug, das den Unterschied macht. Ich vergebe 5 von 5 Sternen – perfekte Schnitte, top Qualität und ein stimmiger Preis.
