Q: Is this instant coffee in a bag? Or is it fine ground coffee in a bag?

Fine ground coffee in a bag. Its probably the nicest coffee ive bought comercially. Well worth a try you wont be disappointed.

Q: Are the bags bleached? any Dioxins / plastics ?

Hi! The paper we use is whitened using a totally chlorine free process - and they're entirely safe to brew with. The sealing material isn't conventional plastic, but a renewable, plant-based bioplastic made from corn starch.

Q: What flavour is the best?

That's all down to your personal taste prefereces! If you like your roasts medium dark, go for Rich Italian. If you like them darker, Flying Start is the one to try. And if you like it extra dark and strong, look out for Hot Lava Java.

Q: How many bags in total do I receive? I noted one person was expecting 30 as I would be but only got 10.

Hello! Each box contains 10 coffee bags and Amazon sells them in multiples of 3 boxes (so 30 bags in total). Individual sellers may sell them one box at a time, so please do double check the listing.
