This is one of the most effective vitamin B complexes I have ever had. I feel more energetic and happier than I was feeling for a long time. The fact that it is a methylated vitamin B, means it is more superior than the others. Makes your wee turn yellow, but that is just the vitamin. I was definitely value for money, and I will be buying again. The vitamin size was small, and sleep has improved so much, that I cannot believe.

The price at the time of purchase made it seem great value, although 60 tablets is 30 days worth and why not say ‘months-supply’, rather than 60 tablets? Also, if they’re sustained release then why 2 separate doses throughout the day, all other SR Vitamins/Medications I take that are pharmaceutical grade are all one per day, so they are probably just instant-release, twice a day. That’s really all the negative out of the way, and i’d happily be disproven, it’s just honesty and transparency is important from a seller of things you put inside of you. The methylated-nature of these B-Vitamins, means: they can be absorbed more easily, although methylation has a host of other roles, specific to each vitamin. Vitamin C, does not need to be methylated as it’s readily absorbed on its own by the body, and would potentially do damage. B9 -Folate- when methylated - can directly start its role of using the methyl group (which is just: 3 Hydrogens and a Carbon atom in the centre) - to repair DNA etc. its also essential for those with a condition where they can’t naturally make folic acid into methyl folate. You can do your own research, but the quality of this vitamin B-Complex is very high. As it is also highly-dosed, you mustn’t take more than the 2 recommended. The taste is awful like all B-Complexes (as it should be), and the pills are of a size where they can be swallowed easily with a glass of water. No specific benefits after one month except faster healing of mild cuts, probably due do the biotin. Generally a good idea to take B-vitamins, so may as well get ones that are good value and high quality?

Only been taking them for a week and definitely feeling less fatigued, seems like I have more energy throughout the day and as a bonus sleeping a lot better as well.

Easy to swallow

Not sure what has happened but the formula has changed since my last bottle to a new one. Makes me worried what have they done to it as there was nothing wrong with them before have they made they cheaper etc. The smell is completely gone also they look fake compared to before they use to have these little brown specs on them now that has gone Not sure I want to buy them anymore I will see how I feel in a few weeks but will probably now end up buying somewhere else.
