As others mention, this product is highly priced for being predominantly alcohol. That said, the ingredient combination really is 'special' and I notice a decrease in breakouts. I use this product with the Enzyme Cleanser, also by Mario Badescu, and for the past month of using these two products - I have had zero breakouts or even minor trouble areas. After trying nearly everything under the sun and being okay with the status quo...I think I've finally found something that really works. I can't use this every day and tend to just focus the product on areas that look like they need a little extra something. The toner can be a bit 'spicy' and drying, but with dry skin in general, it's still gentle enough to use 1x a day.

I've used this for a few years now and am so glad that Amazon Prime has it in a bigger size. I previously purchased it at Ulta but they sell the smaller size for more money. I have acne and sensitive skin and this helps both of those issues. Just be careful because Mario Badescu has another yellow cucumber lotion C that looks the same but that one was too strong for my skin. I can use this one daily as a toner without any irritation and helps to prevent hormonal acne.

This and the acne facial cleanser have been my saving grace. I live in a dry winter climate and this keeps my skin hydrated and non-greasy. It was great during the hot summer, too. Only thing that has cleared my face of acne. I'm 22 and have been struggling with pretty severe acne since my teens. I've tried everythinggggg. This is the only thing that worked. Love this brand and will stay with it for life.

I have been using this for about a month and it has really made a difference on my combo skin. Smells amazing and makes my skin feel clean and soft every time I use it.
