Q: It says 10 to 15 grams per day how do i lnow without a scale ??

1 rounded x tspoon = 5 gram , in small glass fruit juice .

Q: Curious at above answer. Is it from supplier? I was surprised to see product originated from China? Is wheatgrass not grown in the UK?

This supplier did not send my purchase and they never responded to my request for product or refund. Make what you will of that but I wouldn't be recommending them at all .

Q: Anyone know if this contains much potassium and or sodium? Thanks
