Works a treat and good value as well I’m thinking I might get some more of these soon I checked the disk and yes it’s what it say it is so it genuine did all my tests on it very happy

This is a handy little flash drive with plenty of capacity and at a reasonable price. The drive is available in two capacities - 128Gb and 256Gb. I got the larger size as I had a number of big files that needed to be moved around and a flash drive was by far the easiest option to complete this task. It is a USB 3.1 flash drive so you will need free USB-A style port free to plug the drive into. If you only have a spare USB-C port then you would also need a USB-A to USB-C adapter. Transferring files onto the drive is quite slow, which is expected with most USB 3.1 flash drives, but with that said this Amazon Basics drive outperformed one of the big brands of external storage devices in a quick test I performed - which surprised me as the big brand was quite a bit more expensive. The read speeds are much faster than write, which is to be expected and I was getting 150MB/s read speeds. During long write activities the drive does warm up a little, but nothing to be concerned about. The USB connector on the drive can be retracted within the case of the drive to protect it from damage and this is a very useful if you transfer the drive around. Additionally there is a little loop at the end of the drive which is a handy feature if you need to carry the drive around as you can clip it onto a lanyard or key chain.

This product has proven to be quite useful in situations where relying on cloud storage isn't practical for me at the moment. I used it to transfer a number of 4K family videos and a large collection of photos to share with my relatives. It handled the task efficiently without any issues. The file reading speed is consistent when managing data, and the fact that I could simply plug it in without any complicated setup was definitely a benefit. The build feels robust, and the retractable feature prevents the irritation of damaged USB ports while it's stored in my drawer. That said, it isn’t without its flaws. While the speed is sufficient for most tasks, it certainly doesn't break any records. A notable drawback is the absence of a USB-C option, which is becoming increasingly common in similar products. However, it functions well as a backup storage solution or for transferring files. Additionally, the inclusion of a loop is a thoughtful touch, as it helps prevent it from getting lost amidst the clutter of my desk.

My tv uses a usb flash drive to record, I had a 15mb drive but this was filling up fairly quick. But with a 128 drive I can watch at my leisure. I consider it Good value and decent capacity, and write speed.

Great USB stick and good value for money I used this to do a Clean Reboot Window 11 from Microsoft. Window 10 will be vased out after 25 October 2025. I got this so when I need to do a Clean Reboot on my PC then that means I will not longer need window 10 as I did the free upgrade to 24H2 now. The USB stick has still got a lot more space but got it just so I can keep a new Clean Reboot of Window 11. Good quality and plenty of free space left. I would recommend this USB stick as it comes in a nice wee box and it has a slide which means the connector is hidden when not in use. II like it may get some more for my games and my photos I got 128GB.

Great capacity - works well.

Nice USB but low quality plastic. Everytime I unplug it, it feels like it could break. And I use it to transfer files from different devices so I’m gonna be plugging and unplugging it many times. Besides the durability, it has a decent size, okay writing speed, and it does get slightly warm but not that hot. I think it was like 15 pounds, so worth it for the price.

A USB that does what it was advertised to do. Obviously I didn't read it properly. I thought it would slot into my android phone, but it needed an adapter before I could use it.
