My dog who is a french bulldog cross had a really server case of staph (MRSA) a bacterial fungal skin infection and demoderic mange when I re-homed him 5 months ago. I spend hundreds on medication, shampoos from the vet and constant check ups and nothing worked. I was fed up with pumping him full of chemicals that seemed to only agrovate his condition further, and being that the staph is a resistant strain....nothing could touch it. 5 differ set of antibiotics and steroid injections later I started to research, research and research. I learnt as much as I could about staph (MRSA) and stumbled upon an article which is where I learned about neem oil and manuka honey. I ordered this cream along with a neem oil shampoo, Manuka honey capsules and some wild pure salmon oil. I started my dog on them as soon as they arrived. I have bathed him every day, once a day in the neem oil shampoo and applied the neem cream I'm reviewing here every single night before bed. He has one manuka capsual every morning with his food along with the salmon oil. Please see the pictures for the results...to me it is priceless and I wish I'd known about this stuff forever ago. What I can say is don't expect over night results and stay consistent with the treatment. Day 4 & 5 he had a huge flare up because the bacteria was trying to fight back. I expected this due to the research I'd done. As u can see in the pic on day 6 it had settled massively. The bacteria does try to re establish itself so keep going with the treatment. Don't give up.... You need to break that life cycle down and it can take time and a lot of patience. I find the hard work worth every minute spent. I won't need to keep pumping my poor dog full of chemicals again. He had a hard start living in a shed alone in an awful state before I rescued him. Now he's a lot happier. The very first wash with neem oil shampoo I was amazed at the immediate change to the fur. So much softer and less greasy (the fungal infection caused this and this was the 1st thing to die off....along with the awful smell) then the redness and inflammation started to reduce. Bumps and cuts reduced and seem to be healing much quicker thanks to the cream.... I literally can not rate this product enough.Spreads really well. Light texture and I thought the pot was a decent size. You get use to the smell. My dog hated the cream at 1st but already he seems happy to sit and have it lathered on his sore bits. It's almost like he's aware it's helping. The itching has almost stopped now apart from a few stubborn spots!!! If your dog is as bad as mine was I'd reccomend the shampoos along with the cream as a combo. I can't wait to see him with his fur....he's already starting to resemble a handsome boy...as far as dogs go. Couldn't be happier and neither could he. He's started to play and relax so much more now. 😍

Think it's a very good cream only thing I don't like is the smell but I'm like that with all creams,especially ralgex etc . I've used it on couple different ailments n it's doing the trick .

Helps to improve and heal daffodil rush

This was the fourth product I tried in order to cure the severe sweat sores in my groins and it was the first one that worked. I make a spray using Neem oil and liquid soap to get rid of aphids in my garden and was well aware of the vile smell of Neem oil. So when I opened the tub of cream and discovered the Neem smell is actually not strong at all, I wondered if there was enough in it to do any good. However, my skin is now almost completely clear. The sore itchiness is completely gone and I have only one small area where the skin is still reddish. This has taken three weeks of twice daily use. The cream has a lovely light texture which does not drag on tender skin. I Heartily recommend this product.

Used this cream to treat psoriasis on my elbows, and I diligently applied it multiple times a day. Saw no difference until 3+ months in, where it finally started to soften the skin and SEEM to slow down the rate of turnover. It still hasn't gone away, the patches are still going strong, so honestly, it's not worth it. Just go to the GP and some proper medicine that will treat it about 50x faster.

Great for skin issues

Good cream and does what it's supposed to but has a strong garlicky smell but that is the neem so can't be helped.

Agen this cream is amazing iv bought this cream a couple of times now and its one of the best creams i have used it keeps my face clean from soriasis and spots. But i will say if you have the bigger tub to keep it in the fridge as the effectiveness of the cream does reduce after a month or 2 after opening. As i come to the end of the tub my face flares up but soon as i use a fresh tub it clears up very effectively
