HiIngredient list on the bottle doesn't say, I'm afraid. Just lists: water, natural hickory smoke flavour, vinegar, molasses, caramel colour and salt. Will this work for giving almonds a smoked flavour?

I have not tried it as such so mine is simply an educated guess. I suspect that it won’t work alone, no. It’s a relatively strong flavour which we have always used in cooking with other stocks or in a marinade or rub.

Don't know, but if it is past the sell by date when you receive, yes, ask for a refund.

I found the hickory to give you that natural smokey flavour. Would suggest putting in a bit more than the recipes recommend.
