I'm so pleased to give this signal booster 5 stars. It was literally a case of plug in and there's a brilliant picture. For about 20 years I have been boosting the poor signal from my loft aerial by connecting an Antiference booster. (about 15 dcbls of boost I think.} The pictures were OK but very weather-dependent. It didn't like heavy rain and the reception therefore would constantly break up. This little gadget obviously gives a stronger boost to the aerial bcs I'm now getting absolutely perfect pictures all the time.

I lost channels quite a few channels to be honest I don't rate it at all

We ditched Sky recently and went to Freeview for a variety of reasons, mainly just about everything we wanted was available there. After a while we realised we needed a system to record programmes and decided on the Manhattan TS-R 500 because it was highly recommended on Amazon. Setting it up was easy. We have a new Sony Bravia TV and it made sure we put the HDMI cable in the correct place (five options on the Bravia). Once set up however it told us we didn’t have a strong enough signal via the TV aerial. I couldn’t use a cable connection to the wi-fi because the router is upstairs, so I decided to buy a TV booster and see if it worked. I opted for the One-For-All option (£6.99) because it, too, was highly recommended. However, it didn’t do the trick. I reckoned that the picture was a bit sharper with the booster but the Manhattan box still couldn’t function, so I had to send it all back!

I bought this as several of my Freeview channels were not being picked up by our loft aerial. Review feedback was semi-promising although a few people said it made no difference to their TV's. It was not expensive so I decided it was worth a shot.It's well packaged and easy to fit. I retuned the TV and decided to trial it for a week just in case there was any work on our local transmitter. Then I tried to watch the Sky Arts channel and the picture was very pixelated and then went completely. I disconnected the booster, retuned the TV and then the Sky Arts channel was there and was stable.Diving into the setup menu and signal strength indicators showed that my signal quality is 100% but the strength can be variable. Strangely the booster just doesn't seem to have any positive effect on my TV.I am returning it for a refund.

Picture was pixelated or no signal. Fitted unit great picture now better than main set , this was for bedroom set. More than happy will try on main set to see if reception is in proved.Update tried unit on main tv improved picture and found more channels. Win win

I have used different aerial boosters over many years. I have found this product to be the best. It provides a consistently strong signal with a high quality reading. When the previous booster finally failed after many years, I had a 2 other makes and models. They were spares. None of them could provide the same strength or quality of signal. If this booster ever fails, I will purchase the same model again.

Not sure it was amplifying the signal 14x - Maybe on a log scale or if the maths calls for an RMS value but it certainly improved the signal strength into the TV which doesn't reach the roof aerial and stopped that pretty annoying picture breakup/freeze.For the cost of the unit, it was a very good buy.

Produit qui ne sert à rien du tout aucune amélioration voir encore pire car la télévision ne trouve plus de chaînes lorsque l'appareil est branché.....pire arnaque
