These do exactly what is required, they're still malleable when frozen and heat up very quickly. Good price, arrived on time. Would recommend.

Good product

This is an essential item for anybody recovering from surgery or injury. I’ve used this quite a few times over the years and it provides instant pain relief and is very effective for targeting a certain area such as round your neck or on your face. I already had one of the, I’ll call them socks which you put the pack inside and then that attaches around your body and holds it in place. This one fits it perfectly. it doesn’t freeze completely solid so that means you can mould the shape around your body. For the price points, I would highly recommend this. Keep some in stock in your house because you never know when you might need one.

Small but effective.Heat in the microwave for 30 secs and place on the painful body area for quick relief.

Only used as a cold pack. The material on the outside is very durable and should last a long time. Only downside is it's difficult to mould around an ankle or joint as there isn't much space inside for the gel to displace. Needed to use 2 at a time to get the cold onto my achillies tendon. Would be great for other areas of the body (arm, thigh, head etc...)

Easy to use, cools down quickly but it dose not get as cold as others, the outside material is stronger and it is better quality but i believe this is why it dose not feel as cold as others. This is the second one like this I have had and they last ages and I use them everyday

Very good product for the price.

Freezes quickly and the perfect size for the small of my back (I wrap it in a long cotton scarf so I can tie it around my waist)
