Several years ago, I was involved in an at-home accident, resulting in multiple hamstring tears. The back of my entire leg turned black and blue. I looked like I had been involved in a horrible car accident. The pain! I was in physical therapy for months, but my morning and evening stretches just haven’t helped with consistent, long-term healing. I saw the CastleFlexx and felt I had nothing to lose. Well, I love it! I wish my doctors and physical therapists would have recommended it to me years ago. It’s so easy to use, and I don’t have have a cheat sheet in front of me to remember the exercises. I also have lower back trouble and the CastleFlexx has been a huge help with realignment in the mornings. It’s made of strong materials to last years, and it’s travel friendly. CastleFlexx should really push to work with hospitals and insurance companies to cover rehabilitation costs for patients like me. It would have been nice for my therapists to have offered it to me at least after my last physical therapy session. No question… I give it five out of five stars!

I bought this device to help with terrible lower back, hip and sciatica pain. Did it miraculously fix my pain overnight? No. But it is helping in ways that all my straps and belts and other similar items did not (they are all being kicked off the island). A nice 10 minute session with my Castleflexx before bed moves my pain from close to screaming to merely ugggghhhhh. I will take it. Is this thing worth it? Yes, for me, a hundred times over. If I neglect to use it, my nights revert to being terrible. The Youtube videos are helpful. PS: The co-inventor guy setup a call with me to ensure I understood how to use it and had proper form. Incredible customer service, and he was so kind, I could not believe it.

I was not sure about this. I have never used a product like this, but I needed to try something new that would help.It works very well. I am not sure why it's so expensive though. It works, and I am super happy. It has truly made a difference, but I feel it could be slightly more affordable.The product is very sturdy. I am still learning all the ways it can be used.The packaging is genuinely nice but maybe spend a little less on packaging and drop the price some. There are a lot of people that could benefit from this but can't afford it.Overall, I love it. It is an excellent product.

I struggled with how to review this thing for a month.On the one hand, it's ludicrously expensive. I've knocked a star off for that.Cost aside; it's sturdy. Very sturdy. It doesn't even get close to breaking even if I use my full strength. It's actually quite impressive, to be honest. It looks and feels like it will break if you put your max strength into it, but it doesn't even budge, not a little bit.I'm not sure who the target audience for such an expensive thing is, though. It works as designed, and you can stretch your calves, hammies, and ankles, but for $200+ it seems a bit excessive. Even reading the literature that comes with it, I can't figure out why it's so expensive or what's so special about it. It's handy, sure. It works, yes... but for $200+? Seems insane to me.

I got this for Sciatica and also for my husband. He loves it. It works well and is made well too. I appreciate the design and all of the thought that went into this product. It's simple but effective.

I have used all kinds of various bargain tools and techniques trying to alleviate my sciatica hip and leg pain. Straps gave me foot pain. The beauty of this device is that it gives me full flexion in my foot which helps support full stretching of calves and hamstrings. I do a lot of daily sitting and this thing has been a god send. I look forward to doing my morning and evening stretches since I got my castle flexx.

This is an incredible device that is SO easy to use for either upper or lower body. Complete no brainer and saved me a lot of money because I’m not getting acupuncture or seeing my chiro as often anymore. It’s really worth the money and you just need to follow along in their YouTube channel where they have all the flows and instructional videos. It’s simple but trust me you need to do it correctly but once you learn it, it’s amazing.Would recommend to anyone with plantar fasciitis or back issues but also makes me feel a lot let stressed the days I use it.

This is nothing more than a fancy strap or yoga strap that you stretch with. It does that well but costs 20 times more!
